The Experimental Group has partnered with the Italian Supper Club founders Silvio Pezzana and Toto Dell’Aringa to open Ristorante Adriatica. Marking their first residency in Italy, the Italian Supper Club is returning to their homeland to offer Experimental guests an authentic Italian gastronomic experience, through a combination of strong flavours and locally sourced ingredients.


At Il Palazzo Experimental, the Ristorante Adriatica menu is a nod to the Adriatic region, working with top quality seasonal produce from the coastal areas (Friuli, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo, Molise, Puglia, and, of course, Veneto), providing a different way of interpreting Italian food.


Appealing to locals and travellers alike, Ristorante Adriatica will embrace Venetian tradition focusing on innovation, creativity, and playfulness, offering a true Italian dining experience to guests at Il Palazzo Experimental.
