The supperclub series is inspired by a fascinating lecture we attended called “A Gastrophysicists Take on Taste” by Ole G Mouritsen from the University of Copenhagen.
Ole taught us that squid, cuttlefish, and octopus (so all cephalopods) are the most sustainable ‘fish’ you can possibly eat – so we are planning to cook a feast with them!
